Unless you specifically ask otherwise i will post any commissions done to my twitter page and will link your account in the tweet so people know who commissioned. (depending on the commission a small fee may be added if you are not wanting me to post it this is due to the time it takes to do larger commissions and the need to build my portfolio)

Please credit my work regardless of how its used, if no credit is given for my work you will be blacklisted from future commissions.

All of my art work comes with a watermark across the image to prevent potential theft. If you need the watermark removed please provide a reason during the initial commission request process.

If you intend to use the work for commercial reasons such as a stream avatar please let me know. Depending on the intended use your commission may be rejected and if you lie about commercial use you will be blacklisted.

I will not commission if your intention is to reuse my work in ways such as clothing or posters. Selling my art is against my terms and i will blacklist and get authorities involved.

NONE of my work can be used for AI in any way. If you're found to use the commission for AI I have the right to resell the commission.

If you’ve purchased an adoptable you cannot resell the design for at least two months from it being purchased and cannot resell it for profit. This means you can't sell the design for any higher price than the one I’ve originally set.

You must credit me if you’ve purchased a design off me for that design.

If the design comes with commercial use, make sure to credit me for any way you use the design for example, Vtubing.

If you’ve purchased an adoptable you can’t refund it unless I specifically allow it. If it’s a design I’ve made with you please refer and follow the VGen specific T.O.S I’ve put with the option to understand what refund options are available.

Please don’t redesign the character for at least 2 months of owning the design. Credit me for the base design if you choose to update the design.

Refunds are very limited and only offered in extreme and unique circumstances such as accidental commission request or inability for me to fulfill your commission request. (Accidental commissions or similar instances will only be eligible for a refund within the first 48 hrs, refunds related to difficulty with completing your order do not have a time limit as i will refund regardless if i feel i cannot deliver a piece that matches the request)

If you are unhappy with the final product you are not eligible for a refund, as long as i feel i delivered on the request i will not offer compensation, If you proceed to cause drama you will be blacklisted.

Upon accepting your commission i will provide a very rough estimated time of completion, this is not a guarantee and the commission taking longer will not make you entitled to a refund of any capacity.

If the commission is taking longer than expected i will try my best to keep you up to date however please feel free to dm me if you have any concerns.

If the piece is not turning out the exact way you imagined or something is “off” i will do 1 major changes free of charge and 5 minor changes, any more changes will incur a charge, this charge will vary depending on the nature of the change for example a full hairstyle change will cost more than changing nose shape.

Once your commission is completed you are more than welcome to use it however you see fit within my terms of use. If you ever need to use a non commercial piece as a commercial item please ask me before hand and we can discuss options.
